The sci fi video podcast for science fiction fans

Welcome to SadCAST, the video podcast for Sci Fi fans

The SadCAST is video podcast of sci fi fans from around the world who gather every couple of weeks for a chat. We all hail from the Sci Fi fan website, SadGeezer.com

Show notes and discussions can be found on the host website. Participants are (clockwise)SadGeezer (the old guy), Creature013, Kato, Newkate and Mbedd. We are usually joined by well respected sci fi contributors from around the internet including Headgehog, theFrey, lexxrobotech and many others via Skype.

We review and recommend shows, films, books and DVDs and of course, discuss the latest science fiction news from around the world. The show may be irreverent, drunken, disrespectful and stupid at times, but should always be interesting.

Arguably, it's the best sci fi comedy ever made and yet it's also the most famous film that nobody has ever heard of! Kin Dza Dza is a giant of science fiction and high on the list of all good cult sci fi classic movie lists. If you like good cult science fiction - you need to see this film!

Thank you for getting the word out about Kin-Dza-Dza. My hope is that someone will eventually take notice and try to release the film over here (Criterion would be the preferred distributor). It's one of the most brilliant sci-fi films ever released, and yet you can't even find any information on it in English! Great review, keep up the good work!

Yes, with all these technology nowadays, this film gives the clear message that there's nowhere to rush forward, no romantic future to look into. Because future is the mirror of present.
